Καλωσόρισμα - hoş geldiniz επεξεργασία

Καλώς ήλθες στο Βικιλεξικό. Σου εύχομαι καλή δουλειά, ιδιαίτερα με τις κλίσεις! :)
Welcome to el.wikt. I wish you good work, especially with your declensions! :) --Flyax 19:02, 16 Σεπτεμβρίου 2009 (UTC)Απάντηση

Hoş geldin from me, too! Well, indeed, you gave me the idea of making some templates in the pure tradition of the ones we have here, at el.wikt. You may see them at the bottom of an edit page: just click on the first language ("Ελληνικά"), then scroll to the bottom until you see "Τουρκικά". There, you'll see the first 3 templates I created. Of course, you may tell me any remarks about them! Thanks for your participation! - Regards, Lou 23:14, 16 Σεπτεμβρίου 2009 (UTC)Απάντηση

Translations επεξεργασία

Hi!... and sorry for the late answer. Everything is okay, but... if you really understand this, you should put el-4 (or at least el-3) in your babel, don't you think so? ;-) - Regards, Lou 19:46, 19 Σεπτεμβρίου 2009 (UTC)Απάντηση

I see... that's what happens with my turkish, too... ;-) but much less :) - The subject could be "he" or "she", there's nothing in the phrase that makes it clear. - About the turkish declensions, I thought we could put the genitive right after the nominative, since this is the way we learn greek or other languages - but, after I've asked others at irc, it seems that that bothers noone to leave it as you put it (I think this is the right way, in turkish - isn't it?). - Thanks again for your contributions! - Βικιfriendly :) Lou 20:08, 19 Σεπτεμβρίου 2009 (UTC)Απάντηση

Double accent επεξεργασία

Hi! And thanks! There has been an error, it is now ok - in Greek there can be only one accent in a standalone word. Sometimes, there can be two accents, but it's a special case, where a possessive word "loses" its own accent that, then, "goes back" to the previous one (example: το αυτοκίνητό του = his car). - Regards, Lou 17:26, 26 Οκτωβρίου 2009 (UTC)Απάντηση

Ευχαριστώ επεξεργασία

Γεια σου Sinek. Teşekkürler! Lou 23:56, 25 Δεκεμβρίου 2009 (UTC)Απάντηση

Turkish alphabet επεξεργασία

Hello again. I run Flubot, that adds a sort parameter to French, German, Polish (etc) words (see here). I could make it do the same thing for Turkish words. I know that ç, ğ, ı, ö, ş, and ü have to be treated as separate letters. Are there any other details I should know? --Flyax 19:37, 25 Απριλίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

Hey. Hmm the upper case version of "i" is "İ", and "I" for "ı"; unlike in English. And "Ğ" cannot be the first letter of any word. Even though they are not listed in the alphabet, there are 3 more letters used; â-Â, î-Î and û-Û. I think that's all :) Σινέκ 14:48, 27 Απριλίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση
So, these three letters should be turned to a, i, u in the sort parameter. Right? --Flyax 18:28, 27 Απριλίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση
Ναι, I think so. Σινέκ 18:11, 28 Απριλίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση
OK. Thank you for your help. I think that Turkish categories are alphabetized correctly now, given the limitations of the software. If you see something wrong, please send me a message. --Flyax 19:09, 29 Απριλίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

Message επεξεργασία

Hi Sinek! What a terrible responsibility! I start thinking about it - please, don't think it's my final response. Anyway, I told my friends here, at the el.wikt, so they'll try, too. Please, wait some days until we find some more adequate phrase. - Regards, Lou 21:26, 20 Αυγούστου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

  • She exists as long as her presence is felt.
  • Υπάρχει εφ' όσον η παρουσία της γίνεται αισθητή.

OK, I list hereafter your last proposals... so that we'll be able to offer our/any ideas... ;) "feeling is enough", "feeling her existance is enough", "she is here, because I feel her", "feeling perpetuates her", "......."

Κάποια αγάπη μου παλιά επεξεργασία

Hi Sinek! I'm glad we could help - even if I would like to do some more! Yes, it is incorrect to say it without "κάποια". In fact, κάποια means "one of" (my old loves) or, better, "a certain" (old love). In other terms, "there used to be an old love (a beloved person) that I can (still) see in you eyes". I hope my English isn't too "french-ized"! - Regards, Lou 14:21, 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

Merci beaucoup beaucoup! Well, your English is very good I think; as mine's a bit "Turkized", even if yours is Frenchized, I'd not notice :) Have a nice day :) Σινέκ 17:33, 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

Template επεξεργασία

Hi Sinek. I made some modifications, as you asked, to your template. I hope it is ok. I'll try to change it again when I'll see where you will use it. Regards, Lou 22:52, 8 Δεκεμβρίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

It's the same template I always use, just expanded. You can see it in hücre, komşu and any other word that ends in a vowel. Thanks a lot for the modifications, if there's anything else you'd like to change, or think it'll be better, you can do it! Cheers! Σινέκ 23:05, 8 Δεκεμβρίου 2010 (UTC)Απάντηση

μαριονέτα επεξεργασία

Salut, Sinek ! Flyax a répondu à ta question dans ma page de discussion. A bientôt ! Lou 08:47, 10 Απριλίου 2011 (UTC)Απάντηση

Hey (αριθμητικά) επεξεργασία

Hey Sinek! Good to see you back! Well, yes, since "on yedi" are two different words, not a single one, I direct the reader to them. It is certainly different with languages where a number appears just as a single word but that's not the case with the Turkish language, is it? Hence my modification of the template. I hope it didn't bother you... you should find 100 more words to translate into Greek   xD. Best wishes for 2013! --Lou (συζήτηση) 18:35, 26 Ιανουαρίου 2013 (UTC)Απάντηση

Bother? Oxi re, there's no way I could be bothered by something you have done. Actually you're right, all numbers are suffixed just the way the first 10 are. Now I'm working on a template for conjugations, as we have really not enough verbs here on Greek Wiktionary. And thanks a lot! I hope 2013 turns into a "wonderyear" :) Σινέκ (συζήτηση) 18:39, 26 Ιανουαρίου 2013 (UTC)Απάντηση

Global account επεξεργασία

Hi Sinek! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. In order to secure your name, I recommend you to create such account on your own by submitting your password on Special:MergeAccount and unifying your local accounts. If you have any problems with doing that or further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Cheers, DerHexer (συζήτηση) 17:38, 12 Φεβρουαρίου 2015 (UTC)Απάντηση
