Thanks, Flyax. I had forgotten I had seen this word before and asked the user :). About the words in the other Wiktionaries, at least it may make it more probable that the word exists but still there is no evidence in dictionaries. I guess we should let it be for now. I found this word in Ralph Midgley's Volapük-English dictionary, but I also found a contradicting entry in the English-Volapük version: en:peat = vo:torf. I asked Ralph for more info on this. Malafaya 01:10, 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2011 (UTC)

"Turb" is correct. "Torf" was incorrectly added as Volapük to the dictionary but it's in fact the German word for the same concept. Malafaya 17:21, 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2011 (UTC)
