I prefer to say [[αν-]]οσμία because i do not like ao (hiatus or χασμωδία). Your {{t|en|ανοσφρησία}} is a synonym: tautology. But, we should ask a doctor what they use more frequently than the others. It is a matter of personal choice, I guess.
