Hi Jcwf! Yes, we do. One should have 100 edits in the el.wikt before being able to vote. He/she may give his/her opinion but, if he/she votes, his/her vote is not counted. These rules were copied from fr.wikt some years ago, we never voted for them but we keep them since, being just a few active users, we like to agree before changing anything.
